The Nexia Outdoor collection
A minimalist outdoor range designed to blend into the architecture. Each fixture is specified for its position, beam and protection rating.
Surface wall lights for facades and entrances. Cala goes up to 25.5 W for high walls; Vlok has UGR below 13 for glare-free light, in modules of three, six or twelve LEDs.
Uplights set into the ground to light facades, columns and trees. Parc is the largest family, from 3.5 W to 25 W in one design.
Recessed wall lights for steps, paths and low walls. Up_Ext comes with a pre-installation box and creates a wall-washer effect.
Projection light for gardens and walls, on a spike, a pole or the wall. Ronda has four beam angles and five outputs; Jardí takes a GU10 lamp.
Recessed and surface ceiling lights for terraces, loggias and entrances. Ciutat includes asymmetric high and wide wall-washer versions.
Path and garden bollards. Plaça comes in 350 and 650 mm heights in anthracite, oxide and white; Mercat switches between 3000K and 4000K.

Outdoor lighting: frequently asked questions
What IP rating do outdoor lights need?
IP65 for wall and ceiling lights exposed to rain and dust, and IP67 for in-ground uplights that can be temporarily covered by water. Lights set into the ground should also have a high impact rating, such as IK09 or IK10.
What is a wall washer?
A fixture with an asymmetric beam that spreads light evenly down or across a wall. Outdoors it is used to light facades and boundary walls; Ciutat and Up_Ext have wall-washer versions.
Which colour temperature is best outdoors?
2700K–3000K for villas, gardens and hospitality, and 4000K for modern facades and commercial areas. Several Nexia outdoor ranges switch between 3000K and 4000K on site.
Do you supply outdoor furniture as well?
Yes. DOMA is the official representative of SNOC outdoor furniture in the UAE, so terraces can be furnished and lit by one supplier. See outdoor furniture.
Do you make lighting calculations for outdoor areas?
Yes. Send the site plan and elevations and we place the fixtures, calculate the light and send a priced luminaire schedule. The calculation is free when you order the lighting through DOMA.
How long does delivery to Dubai take?
Lighting from Europe is shipped by air and reaches Dubai in up to 5 days. Production time for each item is confirmed in the quotation.
